The Catholic Nomad has been down for some time, and this is just one final post (if anyone happens to be interested) to say that I will never again be posting on this site.
I have been on the road for almost 9 months now. I have not seen my home state, family, or friends in all of that time.
Instead, I have been through some incredibly amazing experiences while suffering terribly all the same.
For a long time I could not post or write because of some of the things that I went through. I felt as though many people had killed a dream that had been building within me for so many years. I did not know how to reclaim that dream, because they had seemingly destroyed it with such a coldness and carelessness that it seemed utterly amazing to me that they could have no idea what they had done.
And thus for many months the Catholic Nomad was a blank; a white log-in page with no access but to one who could no longer bare to look her dream in the face any longer.
There is something difficult about it that I do not understand. Something that sometimes I want to run from, but yet I feel as though if I do not accomplish it, I will regret it for the rest of my life.
Dreams are like that you know.
So the Catholic Nomad no longer exists.
That is because something new is being born.
Hopefully like the Phoenix it will rise out of the ashes and accomplish its goal, despite all of those who have tried to stop it, destroy it, tear it down and ruin it, and its author, into the ashes of forgetfulness and nothingness.

The Catholic Nomad is no more, but a new site is being born:

I hope that you will visit me at my new site and may God bless you all,
The Catholic Nomad

Ha, if anybody cares, indeed! Your many friends out here have wondered and worried about you while not wanting to intrude.
It is so wonderful to hear from my very favorite Catholic Nomad Girl one last time before she rises like a Phoenix from the ashes.
Great amounts of good luck (which you deserve) and even more love, which you deserve even more, to you.
God bless you, and go with you, my dear friend.
Thank you so much NEO for your kind words and encouragement. It is good to hear from you too!
Please drop by my new site any time (see link in post above). It is not really going to be a blog in the traditional sense, but I will be there from now on. God bless you too, lots of love to you as well, and see you in the sky! (Phoenix flaps her wings…
You’re very welcome, and your new site is already (as of last night) in the reader.
In the sky it is, as we watch the Phoenix mount up as with wings of eagles.
Good luck in all you do, dear friend.
Thank you so much
Even though Protestant music in the Novus Ordo is out of place and cheesy, I did somewhat like that one song, “On Eagles Wings.” God bless you!
Bless you as well.
Awww no worries
I loved what you said. The verse is always perfect, and it is a good one for confirmation too.
Good.
I agree and its one of my favorites, was then, is now, always will be
God bless you Catholic Nomad. I for one will miss you. You have my email if you ever want to reach out from time to time and I for one would love to hear from you and follow your journey. May Christ always be in your heart and on your lips.
Thank you so much! I see you found my new site, so please do drop by there anytime. The Catholic Nomad site may be no more, but something new is in the air. God bless you and good to hear from you!
I will indeed visit the new site: I subscribed to your articles and am looking forward to them. Pax Christi.
Et cum spiritu tuo!
I have missed you and will miss you in the future. Your postings have brought me much joy. Don’t let others kill the dream within your heart. Please continue on your path toward the sacred. May God bless you and keep you safe.
Thank you Betty so much. Your kind words are an encouragement. I hope you will visit me at my new site – reclaimingthesacred.com – as you are always welcome. The Catholic Nomad site is no more, but hopefully something better will begin. God bless you and thank you again.
Bless you, dear sister – so lovely to see you again, and I am following you on your journey. You have my email and know I am there – always. May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may He make His face to shine on you. xxx
You as well Jessica
